Kathy Van Soelen lives in Waukee, Iowa, with her husband, Greg. Together, they have four children and two grandchildren.
Prior to working at The FAMiLY LEADER, Kathy graduated from Dordt College with a degree in biology, was a stay-at-home mom, a substitute teacher in California, and a teacher’s associate and substitute teacher at Des Moines Christian school. When she and her family moved from California back to Iowa, she connected with Darla Vander Plaats. The two had similar thoughts about prayer and revival. When the If 7:14 ministry launched, Darla encouraged Kathy to join her. Kathy has been the prayer ambassador for the If 7:14 ministry at The FAMiLY LEADER since 2015.
