Venue Parking
There is a large lot on North side. You will need cash – not debit card, to enter the gates. There is also parking along the streets of Downtown Des Moines.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the north side of the building at the back of the ballroom.
Photography
Photography is allowed in the auditorium as long as it is not a distraction.
Mobile Phones
Please silence your cell phones at all times while in the main auditorium, but please feel free to Tweet and Facebook about the Summit using #FLS21. Please step out of the main ballroom to take calls.
Exhibitors
There will be many wonderful exhibitors and booths at The Summit located outside of the ballroom. Please take time to visit our exhibitors throughout the day.
ADA Accessible Instructions
Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center is an ADA accessible building. There is an elevator to take guests up to the ballroom level from the ground floor. Wheelchairs are also available upon request.
First Aid
There will be a first aid rep on site. Please find a staff member if you need assistance. Call 911 in an emergency.
Lanyards
Wristbands and lanyards will be required each time you enter the facility.
